I'm back with another of my “Match of the Week” art series illustrations for you! And this one is shockingly FRESH!!
Two of my all-time favourites in just a tremendous Professional Wrestling match. This bout took place just this past week on AEW’s Collision tv show on January 27th in Bossier City, Louisiana.
I may not be the most impartial on this one because I’ve been such a fan of these gentlemen for so long, but I’m adamant that this was totally awesome in anyones book. And the just over 2,000 in attendance can testify to that! It’s my assumption that many of these local Cajuns were not very familiar with Nagata (greatest IWGP Heavyweight Champion EVER imo), but I was just delighted by how there for this they were. The crowd brought this to the next level, however it was really the fire from both men and especially of Nagata-San that made this one for me. Also some absolutely wonderful, way-smart, body part-targeting 'IQ-wrestling'. A total Fire Pro Wrestling classic in my book! Highly recommended!!
