We’re back for week 15 of my “Match of the Week” art series & once again I think I’ve picked a pretty bloody great, brutal little diddy for you!

This total slobber-knocker of a match took place on March 1st, 1992 at “NJPW Big Fight Series 1992 - Day 1: NJPW 20th Anniversary Show Special Event 2nd Super Warriors in Yokohama Arena” with Vader & Bam Bam challenging for Mutoh & Hase’s IWGP heavyweight tag team championships.

Vader & Bam Bam’s Tag Team was amazingly named “Big, Bad & Dangerous” & they most certainly were here! Just such an enjoyable “David vs Goliath” match. Showing off the very best of the fiery young champions (one of the greatest babyface duos I’ve ever seen to be honest) & the immense power & physicality of the giant challengers. While all four men were just fantastic in this one, the moments of Hase vs Vader were especially great!
